Our agile business model allowed us to adjust quickly and adapt to the challenges of working from home to provide our clients with the best service possible. We invested in essential tools and connectivity to service clients and protocols to oversee risk management and quality. This helped us process over 70,000 applications, onboard more than 4,000 employees—nearly half of whom were women—and transition new client business with zero client premises meetings.

We consistently focus on training and education. Over the last year, we developed new online training programs and delivered over two million hours of training to our staff across Data Visualization, Robotics, Machine Learning, and Cloud Technologies. We also rolled out our new virtual Rewards, Recognition, and Enablement programs, fit for the new virtual world.
